Elmer Suite exists because schools deserve tools built by people who understand both the data and the students behind it.
Every district is unique. Every school has its own culture, its own challenges, its own way of supporting students. But one thing is universal: teachers are stretched thin. Counselors carry impossible caseloads. Coordinators spend more time on documentation than on the students the documentation is about.
Our founders came from two different worlds that turned out to be the same problem. One built data systems that collected signals from buildings to make them run better — and saw that schools were drowning in disconnected data about students. The other was a parent navigating an IEP process, frustrated by the lack of visibility into what was happening at school. Both had families full of lifelong educators who knew the reality: teaching can be isolating, and the tools meant to help often make things harder.
We built Elmer Suite because we believe no teacher should feel like they're on an island, and no coordinator should lose sleep over a missed deadline buried in a spreadsheet. The platform connects the signals that matter — behavior, academics, attendance, interventions, IEP goals — so your team can see the whole student, make faster decisions, and spend their time where it counts. We've been doing this for over a decade, and every district we work with makes the product better for the next one.
Every feature we build starts with one question: does this help a student get the support they need? If the answer isn't clear, we don't build it.
If a tool takes longer to use than the problem it solves, it's not a tool — it's a burden. We obsess over speed and simplicity.
Data collection isn't the goal — better decisions are. We build tools that surface insights, not just numbers.
We're not a vendor you buy from and never hear from again. We partner with schools, listen to their needs, and build what they ask for.
Student data is sacred. We never sell it, never share it, and never compromise on security. FERPA compliance is the baseline, not the ceiling.
Start with what you need. Add more as you're ready. We don't force all-or-nothing adoption — the platform grows with your program.
We'd love to show you the platform and talk about how Elmer Suite can help your school.
